L&rsquo;art-th\u00e9rapie s&rsquo;adresse \u00e0 toute personne qui se sent p\u00e9nalis\u00e9e dans son \u00e9panouissement et qui est en demande d&rsquo;aide. Nos difficult\u00e9s au cours de nos vies peuvent \u00eatre contextuelles, \u00e9motionnelles, relationnelles ou en lien avec une pathologie et il est parfois difficile de mettre des mots sur nos ressentis.
